Not me. The blog in question is decoracle.wordpress.com and I renamed the blog associated with it to SimplyBeach intending to use reuse it. Instead I created another blog simplybeach.wordpress.com. Now both my blogs are showing up with the name SimplyBeach even though I have followed the Settings instructions to change the decoracle name. It doesn't seem to want to change.

Also since we sent in the first comment I have changed the admin email to my address so I don't have to keep asking my wife if w=she has received anything.

Are you the original Admin who registered the blog in question?
Also please confirm if your are referring to the Site Title which currently is "Philippines to Australia"
Or if you are actually trying to change the URL or blog address starting with http:// as described here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
