Generally they index a site, and then for 3 months or so, all they do is look for new stuff by inspecting your sitemap.xml file.

If you had it set to block search engines for a while, then they might notice that and now that it is open again, re-index the entire site in which case, your new blog title should be picked up sooner.

It'll take some time for search engines to update the 'title' of your blog. Wait for 2-3 days or more.
