I had the exact same question and I have changed my Blog Name (as listed under My Blogs) by going to Settings > General and changing the content of the Tagline field to how I want it to appear. It still appears under My Blogs with the old Site Title. Maybe I just need to wait for the update to be processed, or maybe it's a glitch? Please let me know what you think. Thank you!
