Deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. Confirm by reading:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

I have this blog theparticuliere.wordpress.com which is my first one on wordpress.

Two days ago I created a new one, TheCosmeticsTime.wordpress.com but because I realized it was easier to change the first one I deleted this account/domain.

Now I would like to change the domain theparticuliere.wordpress.com with TheCosmeticsTime.wordpress.com, but it not allowed because the domain already exist.. but I deleted! How this is possible?
