Using the CSS you could only change the way it is displayed, not the format itself unfortunately.

You would need to change the four entries for .date, .date_day etc.

There isn't a way to change it using the CSS.

Can you provide a link to a blog using Freshy? I see that you're using MistyLook in your blog and I can't find one right now.
