Alternatively we can log out of wordpress.com and use a different email address, create another username and then register a blog under it.

Blog titles can be changed here at any time and taglines can be changed to > Settings > General. However, the URL which is http://pianobypaul.wordpress.com/ cannot be changed. So which are you referring to?
