I kind of supposed that it was something like this but it has been a few days so I was getting confused. I'll wait for a while and see what happens.

Hello there,
Changing blavatars/gravatars is never an instantaneous process. When we change blavatars/gravatars there is always a time delay, sometimes for days, for the new one to appear.

Hi,
I've changed my blavatar in the hope that I could change my favicon but though the new image shows up as a link to my blog on my toolbar it does not show up as a favicon on my browser where the old image is.
I looked for ways to change it and found this similar question http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/why-isnt-my-favicon-changing-when-i-upload-an-new-blavatar?replies=7 and tried everything suggested including clearing my cache and cookies, logging out and back in, refreshing, and there is still no change.
If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it as I really don't like the old favicon my page is stuck on.
