I moved the blog from the old address (ojogobonito.net) to a new one (ojogobonitowordpress.com) but google and other search engines are still linking old posts to their old address rather than to the new one, making most of the blog content essentially invisible.

Is there any way to get google, and the likes to show the correct address rather than the old ones?
