Will it go back to normal or do I need to buy siteredirect?

WordPress.COM does reserve the right to change the policy but I would not hold my breath.

You will need to choose a different name or buy a custom domain name.

I just bought the domain thismoustachekillsfascists.com and it's working great but I changed my blos name due to a typo, from thismoustachekillsfacists.wordpress.com to thismoustachekillsfascists.wordpress.com and now to thismoustachekillsfascists.com. however my site stats have remained at zero since the first change. Do I need to purchase site redirect to get traffic back to normal on my blog?
