Let me ask you this. Can I create a new blog with the name I want then transfer existing posts (only a few) over to the new blog?

The following message appears when I select "Change Blog Address" : "WordPress.com Blog/Site Address Change This tool is temporary disabled. Check back in a few days."

It's been "temporarily disabled" for at least a week and I'd like to know when it will be available agin or if there is another way to change the blog address.
