			<description><![CDATA[<p>What you can do is put the HTML you would like to use into a text widget and then move it into place at the top of your blog using CSS and absolute positioning.</p>
<p>Here is a very basic example to get you started:</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would like to create a vertical bar on top of my page, (about same height of my title) where I would put the social icons, since I'm not happy with the widget. On some navitators it's disproportionned, and the Google+ icon has a white square under it, so I would like to know if it's possible to do that, like they would not be part of a widget anymore.
