Those who created the Blogroll link can change it but you can't.

This is a newbie question, but I couldn't figure out how to do it anywhere else.

I'm a new blogger who has recently been getting followers, yay! But, I've noticed that in their blogrolls, my blog shows up as my url, cassandrastout.wordpress.com, rather than the title I want, The Bipolar Parent.

Are there settings on my blog that can adjust this? I have experience in html but not php or java (though I could learn if necessary). I also do not have the pro upgrade yet.
