As long as the domain name is registered through WordPress.COM you will access the name-server settings here - that does not change if your web site is hosted on another host.

I have set it up using this post here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers But it is about two days now and still the nameserver changing has no effect :( After changing the nameserver i can see the new name server is listed on the nameserver list on domain manager.

Can anyone help with this? Here is the domain. You will see the domain is redirects to my wordpress.com blog. Thanks in advance.
