I want to use my domain http://www.rashabellydance.co.uk, which I registered through one.com, for my blog, http://www.rashabellydance.wordpress.com. I have tried following the instructions here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/. However it is not clear to me how I can change my domain's name servers using the one.com admin console. When I try to edit DNS settings, I get the following available setting types: web alias, web forward, A, and CNAME. As far as I can tell, none of these are correct.

one.com's own documentation is here http://www.one.com/en/support/guide/advanced/dns#mxrecords. It says nothing about name servers.

Please can anyone help or advise? Thanks!
