Unfortunately, you question is off topic in this thread. There is no blogger created content to delete in the blog linked to your username. If you are referring to another free hosted WordPress.com blog you can bulk delete the contents yourself:
bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
Bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit
bulk delete images > http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion

3) report back here with your OS, browser/browser version that didn't work, and if you are successful, which browser did work.

i have followed the second portion of this support documentation to change my username, unfortunately the page just flickers a few times and does not display the text boxes to change my username.
