I'm having the same problem. On Pilcrow's theme options page, I use Content-Sidebar for all but one page, where I've specified Full-Width, No Sidebar. On this page I'm using a Magic Gallery plugin, but the thumbnails do not extend beyond the one big column. The sidebars, as for thedirectorsnotes, remain blank but take up space. The URL for the errant page is http://7038lakeshore.com/1st-floor-photos/. Thanks a lot!

So, it must be something with the CSS edits. When I create a one column/no sidebar page on another blog I run with the Pilcrow theme it ends up being full width. So I am not sure what I did wrong in the one that won't show up at full width, but I need to figure out what it is.

We use a three column (sidebar/content/sidebar) layout with our site which we have edited using the CSS upgrade, but there is an event we are planning for our website that would be best served by having a full width page.

I know that there is a template option when creating a new page that is one column/no sidebars, however it only uses the middle column with the standard width and basically just makes the sidebars invisible. I have tried changing the CSS to make that one column a full width column, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Is that even possible? If so, what might I be doing wrong? If not, is there another (perhaps better) way of making a full width page without having to change the default layout of my site?
