Thanks for replying, Timethief.

There's a new feature, a new widget, called My Community, by Justin Shreve, to be placed on the sidebar. You may not be aware of it, since it just came out today.
Once you placed it on your sidebar, there are a number of options. One of them is to display users/followers/readers of your blog, along with their gravatars. You may choose between 'few' or 'lots,' but as I pointed it out, much better would be to be able to actually select those you want displayed there.
Does that make sense? Thanks

I apologize for not knowing another new widget ie. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/my-community/ had been introduced by stealth while I answered questions here instead of tinkering with my blog.

Hi, everybody, Justin,

The My Community feature is excellent. However, is there a way to choose who to display on the sidebar, other than 'few' or 'lots'? I noticed that the first won't show my most assiduous readers/followers, and the latter, shows way too many, some who don't even have a pic or haven't yet set their info once you click on their square. Let me know. Thanks and regards,
