			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you add a background image to a link, it will be clickable. While the background image itself isn't clickable, you can make the link the size of the image so it essentially looks and acts like a link.</p>
<p>If you need further help, please provide a link to the blog you're working on as well as the CSS you've tried so far or an explanation of what you're trying to make clickable.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>We can all click "view background image" and view any background image on any site. We can click "view image info" as well. But if you are asking can you have a background image that redirects to another site the answer is no. The image must be uploaded into your Media library. You cannot link to an image that's hosted on a third part site.
