I got put in Spam last night, too. Akismet sometimes tightens up a bit too much after a spam attack and mistakenly puts you in the queue. Just un-spam yourself and don't comment on other people's blogs until you can see your own comments are accepted on your own blog. Then you have taught Akismet that you are not spam.

I have not made any changes internally. I think comment counter is broken and needs repair.
