There is also a choice of numbers, for example, I chose "6 levels deep." What does that mean?

Meaning, I individually hit reply to each follower that commented. It did just that. But for the last few days, my follower comments are on top of one another, and my responses to them are on top of one another too.
Could you help me put them back in the proper order? So that I individually reply to each one, like I initially did?
