I get the following error page.

It does this on a quite regular basis, seemingly regardless of theme. The only cause that I can see is that those who are having problems are posting from within a university internet.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me as the host or they as the user to avoid getting this message in the future? The comments still post, but the message is an annoyance.
