			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi!  Is there a way for the comments posted on a blog post to automatically be expanded if someone looks at a post?  Currently, if you open an old post, it just indicates that there are comments.  I'd prefer to have the comments be open automatically when a post is viewed.</p>
