I'm sorry, but we cannot refund renewals unless you'd like to cancel the entire domain. If you do choose to cancel it, we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to re-purchase it.

Later i realized it was for the domain renewal. I am confused because when I called Wild West Domains they said the domain name was through wordpress.com. But it seems that I have wordpress.org because it is self hosted. I need to renew my domain as soon as possible and now I am unsure of what to do next.
