Also note there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes what I stated above.

I want to cancel an upgrade that I did on October 20th and it is not letting me get a refund. Says that it is older than 30 days. There is no where on the site to actually e-mail someone. Very frustrating. They can take your money in a heartbeat but you can't find anyone to talk with if there is a problem.
