For future reference, http://validator.w3.org/feed/ will show you exactly where the problem is. In this case, it was probably an invalid character in a post that just needed to be replaced.

When you type in the text box some more options will open up down below and you need to page down sometimes to see them - there is a radio button to choose "no my question was not answered" then follow the prompts to send the question in.

You will see a screen that says "thanks - your question is speeding to us" or something like that. There will be a note that the question was sent in. I think you get an email but I can't remember for sure as I have not used the form in a while.
