I did fill out the Account Recovery form and heard back from guy a named Phil who told me that every single WP fee is processed through paypal. Without a paypal transaction # he refused to help us. Our payment wasn't processed through Paypal and my September paypal statement shows one transaction and it wasnt' to WordPress.

Below are the 2 transactions as they appeared on my bank statement. When I call the 877# it's just a recording.

How do we get this resolved? Dorian Cryer is the registered owner of 3dv8ion.com. He's registered through Godaddy. We would like to get this snafu with his email address resolved to update his website.

The user name works but he forgot his password. When he tries to reset the password with his user name he isn't getting an email at the address we set it up with. We have no way of contacting WP to find out how to fix this so he can edit his website. Does anyone know how we can get this fixed?
