Hi,

I'm helping a government agency in Washington DC to set up a wordpress blog. They'd like to purchase a premium theme but need to know if the cost of the template ($75) includes taxes.

As a government agency, this entity is exempt from paying taxes but the person with the credit card has not been able to get an answer to this question or find a way to contact WordPress to pose the question. Since the many pages of "support" offer no information on this or any way to contact you, I am resorting to posting the question here.

Could you please tell me if taxes will be charged? If so, is there a special manner in which a tax-exempt government agency should make the purchase?
