Goto Options >> Discussion and click when all you want a comment to be help. Then in your Akismet, if you feel a comment is not spam, then just select it and click "Not Spam" and then a comment by that IP will never be held again!

I just find 2 of them and neither is spam...
since I can only see the "spams" in the latest 15 days and I cannot check that all the time , I lost the other 3....
Could that plugin be a optional one?
