I've put the badge into an image widget rather than a text one, and it's working fine. But the idea is to have other bloggers be able to display the badge. Is there a way to do that using an image widget, or do they need the "Grab My Button" code? And if so, again, how do you make it display the image without having the code visible?

Okay, so I've created the badge - no problem. I've inserted the correct code into a text widget in my secondary sidebar. Looks great. The only thing is that there is a box below it which displays a bunch of HTML code. How to I get rid of this? Thanks!
