Have figured it out, I have created a new wordpress site via the new blog feature.
Thanks
Just another couple of questions:
How to create a 3 or 4 callout boxes on the front page
and
Can I create a slide show (preferably with thumbnails) in the header region?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply "Raincoaster". I am a bit new to all this, so I may be using the wrong language.
(i) I want to develop another site featuring photos from Tropical Orchids, which do not have anything to do with Tasmanian Orchids. So the search engines would use different tags. Its fine for google search to associate this with my user name.
also
(ii) I wish to develop another site featuring mainly downhill bike racing photos. These will feature mostly my nephews images, so different emailing contact address. So I think you answered this question, and I will need to create a new user account.
Thanks again

Define "totally separate." Do you mean even a google search of your username should not show any connection whatsoever between them? If so, you'll need to create a new user account and make the blogs with those new user accounts.

Hi all. How do I go about creating additional websites on the one account? These need to be totally separate to the current site about orchids, as they may feature different content.
Many thanks.
