How do I now start creating new sites to be hosted with my own domain names on a godaddy server?

You don't do that here at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different.

Contact godaddy and post to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
