It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username.

It gives me an error message saying "Sorry, that site is reserved!" but when I try to navigate to that address nothing exists. Its quite possible that I might have created this blog a while back and never used it, how do I free it up or at least connect it to my current user name (jakhotia)
