I'm not sure why the subscription was still visible, but I have taken care of that.

You can now re-register the domain by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.

I am given a subscription status with a link under it that says learn more. But there is no link for updating my credit card. Nor does it give me a renew option.
