			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately I'm not very techy, so I'm not sure how to do all that. </p>
<p>I think I'll just have to go with resizing in another program before uploading.  :)</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is an option, but in the past I've always been able to "crop" the photo like it suggest.  Now it doesn't give me the lines to move.   I wonder if I have some settings set wrong??<br />
I may just have to pre-size first.  Do you know the dimensions??

			<description><![CDATA[<p>When I go to upload a photo for my Header Image, it doesn't give me the option to "crop" my picture before I publish it (the little dotted lines to move up or down).   Why can't I crop my photo??<br />
