I don't want to pay anything, so if I have to pay for it, don't bother telling me how to do it.

You can play all you like in "preview" mode but those changes you make will not be visible on your blog. If you want them to be visible, lasting changes then the answer is "yes" you do have to pay $15 per year per blog to css customize a theme. More to the point is that css customization is not recommended for those who have no experience with it. Staff does not provide support to bloggers who are "learning" css customization skills.

They do in terms of displaying code, but you have to put them between backticks. They don't if you're talking about using code. The list of allowed markup is right below the comment box here.

Yes CSS is a bit difficult for people who don't know how the CSS codes work. I have learnt a bit but and keep changing chaoticsoul styleshet. Latest i had turned the border 20 pixel blue but it looked ridiculous. while in text I use dungeon. Here's the code.

20 pixel blue: img {border:20px thick;border:} try any other clolour or size.

Font change: <font face="whatever you want">(text)<font size="whatever you want">

Here's an example: <font face="dungeon">Just a test<font size=5>

Yes, you have to pay to tinker with CSS. If you don't know anything about CSS, don't buy the upgrade, because people often have problems figuring it out and then complain that they paid for something they can't use (which is like buying a car and complaining that you don't know how to drive).

On Freshy you can upload and crop a custom picture for your header if you like, and you don't need to upgrade for that. You'll see it under Presentation.

I think you have to pay in order to alter the CSS. Otherwise, you can install WordPress on your own site, upload/install Freshy, and play with it from there.

Hey! I'm really new to CSS stuff and I would like to change some of the text stuff on my blog. I have the theme Freshy (if that helps or changes anything I go to the Edit CSS page on my dashboard and I click the View Stylesheet button. There is a whole list of complicated things. There is a little Style toolbar thing. I clicked on it and a window comes up. I clicked around on the choice things on the left and found one i liked, but how do I get that to go into my blog?
This is a really long, unclear sort of question, but I hope somebody can help me
