It's my understanding that you must request a refund within the time allowed from the dashboard of the blog you originally purchased the theme for. We don't know any more about them than what is found in the theme description, live demo site and in forum threads. There I see "Features include: custom typography (fonts), custom background image or colors". That means you can either upload an image for use as a bacground or use the color selector provided and choose a solid color background.

However, Themes Staff do monitor threads in this forum and can provide you with an answer. Please be patient while waiting.
