I am totally confused. I have redirected my Domain Name http://www.foodopera.com to my WordPress site http://www.foodopera.wordpress.com but I have limited functions on http://www.foodopera.com. I had an option for Custom Design on my WordPress.com site but not on http://www.foodopera.com. Therefore I purchased the Custon Design Upgrade. However, it doesn't appear in Appearance at all on my http://www.foodopera.com.

Should I be editing only in my foodopera.wordpress.com site? Why dont I have Custom Design available in http://www.foodopera.com In fact why dont I have a lot of functions available on my custom domain site?

I am hosted by Blue host.
