That link you provided is not a wordpress.com blog.
There are 2 separate and different kinds of wordpress:

WordPress.ORG -- self-hosted blogs using software from wp
Wordpress.COM -- free blogs on a multiuser platform

To do that, you need regularly inserted images.

You can definitely accomplish this. In the link @lilmaouz posted, you'll see some instructions on adding a link (and other properties) to an image. If you do this, then make the image the featured image, this should get you where you need to be.

The site linked to your wordpress.cOM username is not a wordpress.com blog. If your question does pertain to a wofree blog being free hosted by wordpress.COm then please post the URL starting with the http:// prefix.

If it's a wordpress.ORG install you are asking about then then you are posting to the wrong forum and ought to be posting here > http://wordpress.ORG/support/
