I don't think we can access PHP for themes.

For WordPress.com, that's correct. Updates would need to be CSS-only or you would need to switch to WordPress.org.

I'm using the 'Coraline' theme for its 3-column format and infinite scroll, but was previously using 'Vertigo' for its font and styles. I don't think we can access PHP for themes, but I do pay for customization and have fiddled a little with the HTML, I just don't know enough about this stuff myself. I don't think I'm ready for my own site yet, I really like the ease of use with a WordPress.com blog.

I can provide the HTML code and hex colors I use, links to themes for reference, fonts, images, RSS feeds I use if necessary. I also have enough hard drive space if that is a consideration.

I am willing to pay a modest sum for satisfactory work, but I don't think I really need that much done. I've already gotten it pretty much where I need it, just need a few tweaks if they are possible.

Let me know if you think you can help, we can discuss the details, feasibility, and pricing.
