There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.

Yes, the http://www.Claressacredtreasures.wordpress.com (a client's site) PLUS my own site at http://www.connecttheedots.wordpress.com . Both of these are on wordpress.com, not wordpress.org (neither are self-hosted).

I am TRYING to gather the correct information so I can make the write choice as to what it is I need to UPGRADE these sites to.

I do not want to self-host...but I do want the capability to create pages, add a video library, add a Pay Pal shopping cart along with SEO/keywords. Is this possible with an upgraded package on WordPress.com?

I am ready to upgrade both sites today if I can get help on the details... I've read the Product info for upgrades but it is still vague and doesn't really answer my concerns.
