I just ended up making a new blog since I had just started out. I went back and made the changes and it worked. The problem was that I did not have a page selected for my front page. I have cleared the cache and cookies. I have loged out and logged back in. This is happening on all of my computers (MacBookPro and iMacs). I have tried different themes and it's the same problem with all of them.

I have a sign in through my work email for blogs that I do to keep all my volunteers and parents up to date. However, with this blog (which is a different account), I do. I do not however, have multiple blogs on this account to test if it would respond differently. I assume it would.
