I don't know if there is a way to put the postfixes at the very end though.

How could I customize the twitter message to have the name of myself mentioned (and other postfixes) when someone share my article with twitter?

For example, I have an article name "This is a great article". When people twitter it, the message will be "This is a great article: http://...". And I want it to become "This is a great article: http://... @myself #list1 #list2". It would be ideal if the postfixes could be customized for each article.

Is there any way to do that?
