A domain is included with the bundle, but you do need to select an available domain name and add it to your site. You should see the following message at the top of your administration area:

A free domain was included in the purchase of your WordPress.com Bundle. Get that domain for your site now!

Click the word "domain" or go under Store > Domains. Enter the name of the domain you've chosen in the text field, and click the blue "Add domain to blog" button. Just follow the prompts from there. You won't be charged anything for the domain since it's included in the bundle.
