Preventing him from all subscriptions can't be done - since you have a court order you might have some options to have a known name removed so you don't need to look at it - you need to contact the staff directly to see if you have options - however the search engines crawl these forums quickly so he might be able to see your concern expressed here which is point and match for him.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Enter anything in the form & search then page down to the contact form.

I sympathise but what would it achieve. He could immediately resubscribe with a new email address or via the RSS feed?

He could subscribe via an RSS aggregator like Google Reader so that his subscription could not be removed without blocking that of everyone else in the world using the service.

I have an ex who is stalking me and has subscribed to my blog. Is there any way to have one of the staff go in and delete this subscripton? I have protective orders taken out, there are crimal charges pending against him, and I am about to press stalking charges. His online name is Klextin, and he recently signed up for a wordpress blog specifically so he could subscribe to my blog.

I am a freelance writer and get hired from many of my blog posts (I have 4 WordPress blogs), so I cannot make them private as that will negatively affect my livelyhood. Is there anything that can be done?

Please advise.

Thank you.

It's not possible to delete a subscriber. . If you enable blog subscriptions by email on a public blog there is no way to delete or block any subscribers, other than changing your blog’s visibility to “private”. However, you do have complete control over approving comments. I suggest that you use Comment Moderation. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/ Also note on this page > Settings > Discussion you have the ability to comment blacklist. This will send all comments from that individual directly into your spam queue. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist But be cautious about using it as ISPs place hundreds of us in the same IP to save money, so you could end up affecting more than a single person.
