Note there are 3 warnings one must bypass and then a verification link in an email must be clicked to delete a blog. That's to prevent anyone from accidentally deleting a blog, as there is no recycling of deleted blog URLs.

As a new user I deleted it in error, only intending to delete the title of the blog as I could not see how to change it on the site.
