Example: Flickr, Photobucket, etc.

Note: The Media Library is not for public viewing at all. It's only for storage. The storage space allowed is HUGE ie. 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. I've been here for over 6 years and this is what I have used: "You are currently using 98.1 MB out of 3.0 GB upload limit (3%)."

Deleting it form the Media Library means it will not be on the WordPress.com servers and cannot be displayed in post or on pages or in widgets when browsers call for that to happen.
