When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. When you purchased the custom design upgrade you also purchased Staff support. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, please click it and post to that forum for theme support.

However this picture is only visible on the main page/post. And not on other pages.

Is there a CSS-function where I can stated that a certain (different) picture must be shown on other pages?
