My blog's theme is "Selecta". This theme usually comes with two horizontal colored bars (I call them "bars" for lack of a better term) - one large bar at the top of the page, and one small bar at the bottom. Somewhere along the way these bars disappeared and left behind thin white lines.

Question 1: How can I get rid of the white lines?
Question 2: How can I get the bars back, if I so choose?
