This is how we create a Blogroll in our dashboard Links section. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/ Once we do that we display it in a Links widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/ Unless you enter the blogs you follow into your dashboard Links section they cannot be displayed in the Links widget.
