Sounds like a good cause to me. I've always been a free speech guy. Isn't it supposedly Voltaire that said "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

Yeah- that pretty much sums it up for me.

Also, I put a small button on my blog. But to truely support any of their causes, you have to subscribe/join. That helps fund their legal battles. I plan on doing so when I have the money to spare.

Of course it's legit! It's the Electronic Frontier Foundation. They have been involved in many high-profile issues. From their About page:
